Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you, or the business you sign up for, and Parthavix (“Parthavix”, “we”), Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. They cover the Parthavix app at https://app.parthavix.com and this website, https://parthavix.com. By creating an account in the app, or by using this website, you agree to them. If you sign up for a business, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf.

The website

This website describes the Parthavix app. It sells nothing and has no accounts. Its content is for general information; the app’s own screens and settings decide how it works. You may link to any page of this website. Do not copy its content or screenshots to present them as your own.

The service

The Parthavix app is web software for jewellery manufacturing units to record casting and CPX orders, keep gold, silver and cash ledgers for their clients, and make estimates and GST tax invoices. The service is in early access: features may be added, changed or removed, and we will tell you about important changes.

Your account

• The Parthavix app is for business use by people aged 18 or over.
• Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including the staff accounts you create and the access you give them.

Your data

Your business data belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. You confirm that you have the right to enter the personal data of your clients and staff, and you remain responsible for it as its Data Fiduciary. How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy.

Calculations, GST and invoices

The Parthavix app calculates amounts, fine weights, GST and balances using its rules and the rates, codes and defaults you set. Check your orders and invoices before you issue them, and confirm GST rates and SAC codes with your chartered accountant. We do not give tax, legal or accounting advice, and you remain responsible for your GST filings and records.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• use the service or this website for anything unlawful;
• try to get into accounts or data that are not yours, or test our security without our written permission;
• overload, copy, resell or automatically scrape the service;
• upload harmful code or content.

Fees

Free during early access. Before any paid plan starts we will tell you in advance with the price and what it includes, and you can choose to stop using the service.

Availability

We work to keep the Parthavix app available, secure and backed up, but during early access the service is provided “as is” and we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may pause it briefly for maintenance.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you where we reasonably can. After closure, data is handled as described in the privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and tell account owners about important changes before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
